Okay - I am told.....I would run and throw myself upto the sides of that play pen, which is on wheels, lurching the rickety thing about the house. The bruising on my chest was no deterent, but when the walls and door jams started to get battered, my travels were curtailed by tying it to the icebox door.
Susan (Richmond, Virginia), Kurt (Columbia, Missouri) and Anna (Key West, Florida) survived childhood together. We thought we hated each other as kids, but as adults we are each others' best friends.
Our father, Leonard, died on February 10, 2008. Our mom, Patricia, died on February 11, 2010. This is our family's memoir.
